As part of the store leadership team, the *Assistant Manager* plays a key role in supporting the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and a high standard of customer service. This is a hands-on position that requires flexibility, initiative, and a team-first mindset.
*Responsibilities:*
* Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including sales, customer service, operational, and administrative tasks. * Lead by example to ensure Store Associates provide exceptional and consistent customer service. * Work closely with the Store Manager to identify potential issues, before they become problems. * As a key-holder, ensure on time opening and closing of the store. * Ensure day-to-day business operational and administrative tasks are completed efficiently. * Make informed decisions that reflect the best interest of the customer, team, and company. * Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager to support the overall store success.

Base Pay: From $3,500.00 per month
