*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and a passion for providing high-quality installation services for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role involves working with various HVAC systems, ensuring they are installed correctly and efficiently, while adhering to safety standards and building codes.
*Responsibilities*
* Install HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings according to specifications and schematics. * Perform welding and plumbing tasks as needed to ensure proper system installation. * Conduct maintenance checks on installed systems to ensure optimal performance. * Troubleshoot and repair HVAC units, including appliance repairs as necessary. * Collaborate with team members to build and install ductwork and other system components. * Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance services performed. * Follow all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site.
*Qualifications*
* Sheet metal license would be an asset. * A Gas Technician 2 would be an asset. * Proven experience in HVAC installation or a related mechanical field. * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret schematics. * Proficiency in welding, plumbing, and appliance repair is preferred. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record may be required for travel between job sites.
