* Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards * Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station and utensils * Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times * Ensure timely delivery of orders to meet service standards * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations * Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients and supplies * Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
*Requirements*
* Proven experience in serving, food preparation, cooking, or related roles within a restaurant or food industry setting * Strong knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and kitchen operations * Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills * Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and culinary best practices * Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential * Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality standards * Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends and evenings
