*Responsibilities*
* Prepare food items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring freshness and presentation. * Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process customer orders efficiently and accurately. * Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while providing excellent customer service. * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, utensils, and food preparation areas in compliance with food safety regulations. * Assist customers with menu selections, upselling additional items to enhance their experience. * Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. * Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met at all times. Food Handling Permit required.

* Proven experience in food preparation, serving, or related roles within the food industry or restaurant environment. * Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for quick and accurate transactions. * Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse clientele. * Knowledge of food handling safety practices and sanitation standards. * Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order calculations. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen or food service setting while maintaining attention to detail. * Experience in upselling menu items to increase sales opportunities.
