About this role
Duties & Skills: - Experienced landscaper required for a growing tree and landscape service company- Ability to perform general landscaping construction and maintenance duties - Ability to run a small crew of 3 or 4 people- Run and properly maintain horticultural equipment including skid steer, tractor, etc.- Wide variety of jobs may include soft landscaping, irrigation, natural rock work, spraying, tree nursery work, tree pruning, spring yard clean-ups.-In the winter the work primarily shifts to snow removal Requirements:- 1-2 years of experience in the field- Driver's license and own transportation- Steel toe boots- Equipment maintenance skills- Hardworking and motivated- Dependable and reliable - First Aid training an asset- Pestcide Applicator an asset- Horticultural College preferred- LANTA CLT CNLA training preferred Lots of on-the-job and off-site training provided, benefits, sales bonuses and apprentice training available.
