About this role
*About the Role:* We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Greenhouse Workers. No prior experience is required?just a strong work ethic and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks in varying conditions. _*Please note that this role can be very labor-intensive.*_
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Assist with daily greenhouse operations, including planting and packing. * Handle repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Maintain attention to detail while performing physically demanding tasks.
*Work Conditions:* This role involves working both inside a greenhouse and outdoors, where temperatures and weather conditions may vary throughout the day.
*Physical Requirements:*
* Ability to lift up to 40lbs continuously. * Standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling. * Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
*Schedule:*
* Position begins in October and is approximately a 6 week position
Job Type: Seasonal
Pay: $15.90-$16.25 per hour
