*Duties*
* Provide high-quality haircuts, styling, and grooming services to clients based on their preferences and current trends. * Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations. * Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer personalized recommendations for hair care and styling products. * Upsell retail products and services, enhancing the overall client experience while contributing to salon revenue. * Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling transactions. * Foster a welcoming atmosphere by providing excellent customer service and building rapport with clients. * Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products through ongoing education and training.
*Requirements*
* Proven experience in hair styling or barbering, with a valid cosmetology or barbering license. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. * Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff. * Experience in upselling products or services is highly desirable. * Excellent communication skills that facilitate positive interactions with clients and team members. * Retail sales experience is a plus, as it enhances the ability to recommend products effectively.
