*About the Roles*
We are actively hiring experienced *Bartenders* and dedicated *Barbacks*:
* *Bartenders:* You will be the face of our bar, crafting classic and signature cocktails, pouring draft beers, and building rapport with our patrons in a fast-paced environment. * *Barbacks:* You will be the backbone of bar operations, supporting bartenders by stocking ice, garnishes, and glassware, maintaining cleanliness, and keeping the bar running seamlessly.
*Key Responsibilities*
* *Bartenders:* * Prepare and serve drinks according to recipe and standard operating procedures. * Check guest identification and ensure compliance with provincial liquor licensing laws (Smart Serve certification required). * Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary bar work stations. * Deliver warm, hospitable service and handle POS transactions accurately. * *Barbacks:* * Keep bar fully stocked with liquors, draft kegs, ice, glassware, and supplies throughout service. * Wash and sanitize barware efficiently during peak hours. * Support bartenders with general venue cleanliness and quick table turnovers.
*Requirements & Qualifications*
* Valid *Smart Serve Certification* is required. * Minimum 1?2 years of relevant experience in a high-volume pub or restaurant environment. * Excellent communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
