*Duties*
* Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and care, ensuring client satisfaction. * Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations. * Provide excellent customer service, addressing client needs and concerns effectively. * Engage in social media management to promote services and enhance brand visibility. * Assist with retail sales of beauty products, providing product demos and recommendations. * Manage front desk operations, including appointment scheduling using salon software such as MINDBODY. * Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure. * Stay updated on the latest trends in beauty trends.
*Qualifications*
* Valid cosmetology license or relevant certification * Proven experience in eyelash extensions; additional skills in hair styling, nail care, or tattooing are a plus. * Familiarity with salon software and management systems is preferred. * Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Knowledge of sanitation practices and commitment to maintaining a clean work environment. * Experience in salon, med spa settings or hospitality is advantageous. * A proactive approach to enhancing the overall client experience.
