*Responsibilities*
* Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment * Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and maintenance to ensure safety and organization * Operate basic tools and equipment as needed, following safety protocols * Support team members in completing project-specific tasks efficiently * Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a secure work environment * Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
*Qualifications*
* Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods * Strong work ethic with attention to safety and detail * Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions effectively * Prior experience in septic system installation or construction is a plus but not required * Reliable transportation and valid drivers license are essential. * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
