In this role, you will act as your own boss. We offer you cleaning jobs, and you decide whether to accept them based on your schedule and location. This is a 1099 subcontracting position where your income is directly tied to the size and volume of the jobs you complete.Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional residential or commercial cleaning services (deep cleans, standard cleans, move-in/move-out). * Manage your own travel to and from client locations across the service area. * Maintain professional-grade cleaning supplies and operational equipment. * Use our mobile app to view job offers, accept assignments, and update job status.
Requirements & Qualifications
* *Experience*: Minimum *1+ years* of professional residential or commercial cleaning experience. * *Supplies*: Must own and bring your own *professional cleaning supplies* and equipment (including a reliable vacuum, mop, and eco-friendly or standard solutions). * *Transportation*: Must have a *reliable personal vehicle*, valid driver's license, and active auto insurance. * *Technology*: Own a *smartphone* with data for real-time dispatch and coordination. * *Legal*: Authorized to work in Canada/US as an independent contractor and able to pass a background check.
Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
