WE ARE HIRING INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS PART-TIME
We are currently looking to recruit _*mature-aged*_ *Home Support Workers & Housekeepers* residing in Ottawa and surrounding area.
We currently have a very high demand for candidates (age 40+) interested in supporting our seniors.
As a *home support worker*, you are required to be able to provide the following services:
We kindly ask that you meet our minimum requirements:
* *To run errands with your own vehicle* * *Meal preparation or cooking; laundry; ironing; changing bed linens; sorting /organizing closets, drawers, paperwork & other items; computer/phone help; grocery pick-up & drop-off; storing away groceries; taking out trash bins* * *Any other assistance needed around the home* * *Previous home support worker experience* * *Able to commit to each client we pair you with on an ongoing weekly basis* * *Flexible work availability throughout the week* * *Able to provide at least two professional references from a supervisor or manager and one personal reference from a colleague or friend* * *Police Record Check for the Vulnerable Sector 1 year recent, or willing to obtain one*
As a *housekeeper,* you are required to be able to provide the following services:
* *Previous housekeeping experience* * *Able to commit to each client we pair you with on an ongoing weekly basis* * *Flexible work availability throughout the week* * *Able to provide at least two professional references from a supervisor or manager and one personal reference from a colleague or friend* * *Police Record Check for the Vulnerable Sector 1 year recent, or willing to obtain one* * *Asset: Valid driver's license and regular access to a vehicle* * *Reliable, punctual, hardworking, and excellent attention to detail* * *Covid Vaccinations is an asset*

Please note that we are only able to offer part-time hours. As client base grows, work hours increase accordingly.
