*The Opportunity*
This role is ideal for an experienced General Manager who enjoys taking ownership of an organization and improving how it operates.
While our technical team are experts in their craft, we are looking for a business leader - not necessarily an industry expert. Your strength lies in leading people, building management systems, improving operational performance, developing client relationships, and driving profitable growth.
Reporting directly to ownership, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the business while helping expand existing client relationships and identifying opportunities for new business. Success in this role will be rewarded through both operational performance bonuses and uncapped sales commissions.
*Key Responsibilities*
*Operational Leadership*
* Lead the day-to-day operations of the business with full accountability for P&L * Develop and implement scalable operating systems that improve efficiency, consistency, and profitability * Establish clear priorities, workflows, and accountability across all departments * Continuously identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, customer service, and operational excellence
*Leadership & Team Development*
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 15 production and administrative employees * Create a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement * Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and employee development planning * Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and workforce planning
*Process Improvement & Systems*
* Build, document, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) * Develop and implement a management system to improve general operations * Introduce measurable workflows and ensure adherence to established processes * Implement technology and business management tools that improve visibility and operational control
*KPI Management & Accountability*
* Establish and monitor key performance indicators across production, quality, customer service, scheduling, and financial performance * Hold department leaders and team members accountable to clearly defined expectations and performance standards * Prepare regular operational reports and business updates for ownership * Ensure projects are delivered on schedule while maintaining high quality standards
*Client Relationship Management*
* Act as the primary relationship manager for key client accounts * Ensure exceptional customer service and proactive communication * Resolve customer concerns quickly while maintaining long-term client satisfaction * Strengthen existing relationships through ongoing follow-up and service excellence
*Business Development & Sales*
* Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts * Work with sales team to develop new business relationships in targeted markets * Work collaboratively with ownership to execute growth initiatives * Earn uncapped bonus based on new opportunities, account growth and P&L
