Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Beverage Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and providing exceptional guest services. As a Beverage Server, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and promoting beverage offerings. Must have Smart Serve license.
Responsibilities: - Greet customers warmly and take their orders promptly - Provide recommendations on beverages and upsell specials - Prepare and serve beverages in accordance with company standards - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage station - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders - Uphold a positive attitude and provide excellent guest services
Skills: - Experience in the food industry is preferred at least 1 year. - Proficiency in upselling techniques - Cashiering skills with attention to detail - Knowledge of food service procedures - Strong time management abilities to handle peak hours efficiently - Basic math skills for order processing and cash handling - Excellent guest services skills to enhance customer experience - Willingness to assist in the kitchen when needed - Familiarity with POS systems for order processing
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.60-$18.50 per hour
