We are currently looking for motivated and dependable *Construction Workers / Renovation Technicians* to join our growing team.
Position Summary
As a member of the RENOVCO team, you will perform renovation and restoration work on residential and commercial properties following fire, water, storm, or other disaster-related damage.
Depending on your experience and qualifications, you will be assigned to a crew led by one of our experienced Project Managers.
Responsibilities
* Perform general renovation and restoration work. * Complete demolition, reconstruction, and finishing tasks. * Carry out carpentry, drywall (Gyproc), plastering, painting, flooring, and tile installation. * Assist with interior and exterior renovation projects. * Follow project schedules while maintaining RENOVCO's quality standards. * Ensure job sites remain clean, organized, and safe. * Work independently or as part of a team.
Qualifications
* Experience in one or more of the following: * Carpentry * Drywall (Gyproc) * Plastering * Painting * Ceramic and tile installation * Finish carpentry * Exterior renovations * Previous experience in construction, renovation, or restoration. * Reliable, punctual, and professional. * Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. * Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation are considered an asset. * Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation during emergency restoration projects.
