*Requirements*
* Experience working in mental health setting is preferred * Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals * Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities when supporting patients in their treatment goals * bilingual abilities are a plus * Basic computer operation skills for utilizing electronic medical records * Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively * Ability to provide compassionate patient care and maintain professionalism at all times
