*Responsibilities*
* Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process. * Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends, property values, and local neighborhoods. * Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms. * Maintain organized records of transactions, client communications, and property listings. * Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and addressing client concerns. * Utilize administrative skills to manage schedules, appointments, and property showings effectively. * Communicate regularly with clients to keep them informed about market conditions and new listings. * Develop marketing strategies to promote properties through various channels, including social media and networking events. * Build relationships with other real estate professionals, including lenders, inspectors, and contractors. * Assist in property management tasks as needed.
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred but not required. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate for clients effectively. * Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. * Highly organized with strong administrative capabilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances communication with diverse clients. * Knowledge of property management practices is a plus. * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing. * A valid real estate license is required or must be obtained within a specified period after hiring.
