About this role
*Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: *
· Cleaning bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes, and/or cleaning agents by extending arms over head, bending and stooping.
· Adhering to cleaning procedures and instructions for use of cleaning agents.
· Stripping and making beds, changing bed linens, which may require lifting bedspreads weighing a maximum of 50 lbs.
· Dusting all furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves thoroughly.
· Pushing and pulling vacuum throughout entire room and emptying trash.
· Replenishing amenities, linens, and supplies in guest room. · Carrying out opening and closing procedures while ensuring accurate completion of any reports. · Carrying out deep cleaning duties as allocated by the Supervisor on duty. Using linen and terry in an efficient and cost-effective manner while ensuring corridors are free from dirty linen/terry
· Reporting all maintenance faults
· Complying with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
· Performing any other job related duties as assigned.
*The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:*
· Ability to communicate effectively in English
· Motivated, eager, with a team player attitude
· Knowledgeable in the areas of chemical cleaning agents and operation of various types of cleaning equipment
· Ability to push/pull equipment weighing upwards of 30 lbs, stand and walk for prolonged periods, and lift a weight of 25 lbs or above comfortably

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
