Centre: Bright Studios - SpringbankJob Type: Full TimeGymnastics/Acro Instructor ? Position SummaryWe are seeking a passionate and reliable Gymnastics/Acro Instructor to join our team! The ideal candidate brings a mix of technical training, a fun and positive attitude, and a love for working with children aged 3 to 12. You'll lead structured, skill-building classes in a safe and encouraging environment while helping each student grow in strength, flexibility, and confidence.Key Responsibilities:Instruct weekly gymnastics/acrobatics classes using age-appropriate techniquesCreate lesson plans focused on strength, flexibility, coordination, and skill progressionFoster a fun, inclusive, and safe class atmosphereProvide hands-on spotting and corrections with a strong emphasis on safetyTake down and set up the dance/gym room before and after each class, including mats and equipmentPrepare students for seasonal showcases or performances (if applicable)Communicate professionally with families and Bright Studios staffMaintain a clean, organized teaching spaceQualifications:1?2 years of experience teaching recreational or competitive gymnastics/acroBackground in dance, acrobatics, cheer, or physical education is an assetComfortable teaching a range of ages and skill levels (from Tiny Tumblers to Intermediate Acro)Strong classroom management and interpersonal skillsStandard First Aid & CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)NCCP or Acrobatic Arts certification is an asset, but not required
