We're currently seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Assistant to join our established community pharmacy team. We offer a consistent Monday-to-Friday schedule with no evenings, weekends, or statutory holidays, ensuring an excellent work-life balance. *Position Details:*
* Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM ? 5:00 PM * No evenings, weekends, or stat holidays * Positive and energetic work environment with a close-knit team of experienced long-term staff who are passionate about what they do
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Process prescription refills and new orders using Kroll software * Prepare non-sterile compounds following pharmacy procedures and quality standards; _no previous compounding experience is required as on-site training will be provided_ * Assist with inventory control, ordering, and receiving stock * Manage and prepare blister packs * Provide excellent customer service * Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
*Qualifications:*
* Previous pharmacy assistant experience preferred * Familiarity with Kroll is an asset but not required * Experience with non-sterile compounding is an asset but not required; comprehensive on-site training will be provided * Strong attention to detail and time management skills * Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
