Required Licensure and Certifications
Applicants must have:
* *Licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada (LMCC)* * *Registration in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)* * *Registration with the Canadian Medical Association (CMA)* (preferred, if applicable) * *Certification from the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC)* or membership with the *Ontario College of Family Physicians (OCFP)*
Qualifications
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
* Experience providing comprehensive outpatient care to adult and pediatric patients * Proficiency in delivering virtual care (telemedicine) to adult and pediatric populations * Skills in preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and office-based minor procedures * A patient-centred approach with a strong commitment to evidence-based practice, continuity of care, and high-quality clinical outcomes * Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
