*About Us:* TDI International is a premier construction company specializing in sports facilities, golf courses, and boardwalks. As we continue to grow across Ontario, we're seeking skilled and reliable Equipment Operators to join our dynamic team.
*Position: Equipment Operator*
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Operate a variety of machinery, including excavators, bulldozers, skid steers, and loaders, to perform tasks such as site preparation, material handling, excavation, helical pile installation, and grading.? * Assist with additional construction activities, including carpentry and landscaping, to support project completion.? * Ensure equipment is maintained in excellent condition through routine inspections and minor repairs.? * Collaborate with team members to complete projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.?

*Your Profile:*
* Proven experience in operating equipment within construction or landscaping settings.? * Strong work ethic, reliability, and physical stamina to excel in demanding outdoor environments.? * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.? * Possess a valid G driver's license; a DZ or AR license is considered an asset.? * Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to job sites and reporting locations as required
*Work Schedule:*
* Monday to Friday: 10-hour shifts from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.? * Occasional half-day Saturdays when required.?
