This role includes assisting with installation, service, and maintenance of refrigeration, air conditioning, and ventilation systems, while supporting job coordination, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to efficient project execution.
*Duties*
* Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate HVAC service and maintenance operations. * Develop preventative maintenance programs and service procedures. * Supervise service technicians, dispatch, and administrative staff. * Coordinate scheduling, manpower, and resource allocation. * Review service reports, quotations, and project documentation. * Manage departmental budgets, inventory, and equipment. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, manufacturer specifications, and company quality standards. * Develop customer service strategies and oversee contract performance. * Recruit, mentor, train, and evaluate service personnel. * Monitor departmental KPIs, productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Pay: $48.00 per hour
