We are looking for a motivated, energetic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Calgary. In this role, you will handle a healthy mix of warm incoming inquiries, customer follow-ups, and occasional proactive outreach (cold calling) to help us find and secure new business opportunities.

*What You?ll Do:*
? Connect: Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up with warm leads via phone and email.
? Consult: Understand customer needs and match them with the right products/services.
? Close: Guide customers through the buying process and close sales to meet monthly targets.
? Coordination with Other Departments
? Prepare sales documents, contracts, and forms.
? Manage email communication and scheduling.
? Support the sales manager with reports and updates.
*What We?re Looking For:*
? Experience: 1+ years of sales, customer service, or retail experience (inside sales experience is a huge plus, but we will train the right attitude!).
? Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a friendly,
professional phone presence.
? Drive: A self-motivated attitude with a genuine desire to hit targets and make money.
? Tech-savvy: Comfortable using basic computer systems and CRM software
? Knowledge of steel products, fittings, and related materials is considered a strong asset.
