We are seeking an energetic and motivated Physiotherapy to join our team!
CN Physiotherapy is a fast-growing Ottawa based physiotherapy clinic dedicated to providing high-quality patient centered care with friendly and compassionate team members.
Our clinic is in a busy medical building, so we see a lot of traffic from doctors? offices, labs, and pharmacies. Since we have a good relationship with doctors in the building, we?ll often get referrals coming through our doors. As a busy, growing clinic you?ll have the opportunity to grow with us!
Responsibilities
* Provide patients with excellent customer service * Take phone calls and schedule appointments * Collect payments and send invoices * Support social media initiatives * provide direct patient care services under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist * maintain a clean and organized clinic space
Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills are a necessity * Must be able to work independently * Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Preferred but NOT Required
* Prior work in healthcare setting e.g., medical office * Inbound or outbound phone experience * Proficient in use of computers and other office equipment * Learning new software and data entry * Knowledge of general office procedures
