Part-Time Dental Receptionist
*Heritage Lane Dental | South Edmonton, Alberta* *Compensation:* $18?$21 per hour, based on experience *Schedule:* Saturdays mandatory, with possible additional weekday hours
Heritage Lane Dental is seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized *part-time dental receptionist* to join our team.
The successful candidate must be consistently available to work *every Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.* Additional flexible shifts may be available throughout the week, depending on clinic needs and the candidate?s availability.
Compensation and Benefits

Responsibilities
* Welcome and check in patients professionally and warmly * Answer incoming calls, text messages, and patient inquiries * Schedule, confirm, and manage dental appointments * Collect and update patient information * Process payments and provide receipts * Assist with dental insurance verification, estimates, and submissions * Maintain accurate and confidential patient records * Communicate scheduling changes and relevant information to the clinical team * Help maintain an organized and efficient reception area * Support patient retention, appointment scheduling, and other practice performance goals
Qualifications
* Previous dental reception or dental office experience is preferred * Experience with Dentrix or similar dental software is an asset * Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance processes is an asset * Strong telephone, written, and interpersonal communication skills * Professional, dependable, organized, and punctual * Able to manage multiple responsibilities in a busy dental office * Comfortable working independently and collaboratively * *Must be consistently available every Saturday*
