About this role
We are a south side Edmonton print manufacturing company that has been in the business forms/labels Trade industry for over 50 years.
Factor Forms and Labels' head office in Edmonton is looking to fill the position of a full-time Customer Service Representative. Our office hours are Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm.
PREVIOUS PRINT INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED
Our office environment is fast paced and energetic. We are looking for someone who is organized, able to multi-task, detail oriented, enjoys being busy, is friendly and outgoing with an energetic personality. Knowledge of computers and Microsoft Excel is considered an asset.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Supporting the sales staff with customer inquiries and quote requests
Data and order entry
Communication with customers regarding questions by phone or email
Other duties as they arise

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
