*Duties*
* Assist pharmacists with medication preparation, dispensing, and inventory management to ensure timely patient access * Support medication intake procedures, including verifying prescriptions and updating patient records and entering prescriptions accurately in kroll software * Provide excellent patient service by answering questions, offering medication guidance, and ensuring a positive experience
*Experience*
* Prior pharmacy assistant experience in retail settings with a minimum of 2 years is required. * Fast and accurate prescription processing in kroll as well as skills such as blister packaging, medication packaging, cashing out customers. * Strong communication skills for effective patient interaction and team collaboration * Fluency in a Punjabi language is an asset.
