*Position Overview*
We are seeking a skilled and motivated *Line Cook / Garde Manger* to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate has a passion for food, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in consistency and attention to detail?especially in cold station and plated presentation.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Prepare and execute menu items for the garde manger and hot line stations * Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation * Ensure proper food handling, labeling, and storage procedures * Assist with daily prep and mise en place * Work collaboratively with kitchen team to ensure smooth service * Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation * Assist with dishes and support overall kitchen cleanliness as needed * Follow all health and safety standards
*Qualifications*
* *Minimum 2+ years of professional kitchen experience* (required) * Experience working garde manger/cold station preferred * Strong knife skills and knowledge of food safety practices * Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume environment * Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude * Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
