*Duties*
* Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to clients' needs. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations. * Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations. * Assist at the front desk with scheduling appointments, managing client inquiries, and processing transactions. * Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals. * Provide excellent customer service by ensuring clients feel valued and satisfied with their experience. * Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products.
*Experience*
* Previous experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory; we welcome enthusiastic individuals eager to learn. * Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products effectively. * Excellent communication skills to engage with clients and understand their needs. * Familiarity with front desk operations is a plus. * A commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the salon environment. * A passion for hair styling and customer service that enhances the overall client experience.
