We are a customer-focused optical store specializing in eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. Our goal is to provide exceptional service while helping customers find eyewear that fits their vision needs and personal style.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases * Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor * Use product knowledge to recommend eyewear and lenses tailored to each customer?s needs * Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for the optometrist * Assist with pre-testing patients prior to their eye exam (training provided) * Learn to adjust eyeglasses and troubleshoot common customer concerns
*Qualifications & Skills:*
* Strong sales ability with confidence in recommending products * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Previous retail sales experience preferred * Interest in eyewear and fashion is an asset
