*NOW HIRING: Experienced Food & Beverage Server (12-20 hrs/week)* Annie?s Seafood Restaurant ? Stratford, ON
We are a well-established, rapidly growing, year-round seafood restaurant in Stratford, seeking an *experienced, professional Food & Beverage Server* to join our team. This position averages *approximately 12-20 hours per week*, with the majority of shifts scheduled *evenings and weekends*. The number of hours fluctuates based on the needs of the restaurant. We are open year-round (this is not a seasonal position).
*What We?re Looking For*
* *Minimum 1?2 years of table-service experience* in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment (required). * Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and an ability to stay organized under pressure. * A genuine passion for delivering warm, attentive, and consistent customer service. * Ability to work collaboratively with both FOH and BOH teams.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Provide knowledgeable, professional, and friendly table service. * Make informed food and beverage recommendations to guests. * Prepare simple items such as salads and beverages as required. * Deliver food and beverages from kitchen to dining room (and patio during summer). * Maintain clean, orderly tables and dining areas. * Learn and retain menu items, features, and seasonal specials.
*Schedule & Work Environment*
* Majority of shifts are *evenings and weekends*; mix of 4?5 hour shifts and full-day shifts. * Annie?s Seafood is *family-owned and operated*, offering a supportive, upbeat, and dynamic workplace.
*Training & Certification*
* We are the region?s only *certified gluten-free restaurant*. All team members complete our gluten-free training program (provided). * *Smart Serve* and *Food Handler Certification* are required (may be obtained within 30 days of start date).
