ExcelChoice Building Maintenance is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Residential House Cleaner to deliver high-quality cleaning services across homes in London, ON.

We are looking for individuals who can maintain professional standards while working independently or in small teams.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Perform detailed residential cleaning (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas) * Execute deep cleaning, move-in/move-out, and post-renovation cleaning services * Follow structured cleaning checklists and company quality standards * Manage time efficiently to complete jobs within scheduled timeframes * Maintain and handle cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly * Communicate professionally with clients when required * Ensure all work meets safety and hygiene standards * Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work approach at all times
*What We?re Looking For*
We are prioritizing *experienced cleaners* who can deliver consistent, high-quality results.
? Previous experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, hotel cleaning, or janitorial work ? Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work ? Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude ? Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently ? Comfortable handling multiple cleaning jobs per day
*Requirements*
* Minimum 1-2 years of cleaning experience preferred * Valid driver?s license and reliable transportation (strong asset) * Ability to commute within London, ON * Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods * Basic English communication skills required
*Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)*
* Experience with deep cleaning or post-construction cleaning * Familiarity with professional cleaning products and equipment * Team lead or supervisor experience
