Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Clean machines and equipment. Replace worn parts on machines. Review work order to determine job specifications. Set up and make adjustments to printing machines. Operate and monitor printing machines during print run and make adjustments. Area of specialization: Clothing. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Repetitive tasks. Manual dexterity. Attention to detail. Hand-eye co-ordination. Sitting. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster (for example: Ukraine, Afghanistan, etc.) . Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition. Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees . Support for youths: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment. Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth. Supports for visible minorities: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports members of visible minorities.
