Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Hire, supervise and schedule staff. Organize planting of trees, gardens and lawns. Resolve work problems by providing technical advice to increase the value and functionality of a property. Plan and direct grounds maintenance. Maintain work records and logs. Repair and maintain equipment. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Area of specialization: Grounds maintenance. Screening questions: Do you have experience working in this field?.
