Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods. Inspect kitchens and food service areas. Order supplies and equipment. Supervise kitchen staff and helpers. Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment. Clean kitchen and work areas. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months. Health benefits: Health care plan.
