Examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and/or specifications. Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing and soldering equipment. Verify stock availability from current inventories. Inspect and evaluate material and equipment for compliance to standards. Ensure safety procedures are followed. Welding techniques: Gas metal arc welding (GMAW). Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Repetitive tasks. Handling heavy loads.
