Education: College/CEGEP. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Assist health care professionals. Carry out treatment programs, under the direction of physiotherapists and/or occupational therapists, to rehabilitate patients with various injuries or disabilities. Follow through on treatment programs with patients. Position patients for treatments by chiropractor or machine. Set up and dismantle equipment. Supervise technical and support staff. Clean and maintain equipment. Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies. Maintain clinical and progress reports. Confer with other health professionals. Maintain inventory of equipment. Document patient rehabilitation progress. Schedule and confirm appointments. Order supplies and equipment. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
