Education: College/CEGEP. Asset languages: Mandarin. Tasks: Plan development projects. Respond to enquiries from members of the business community concerning development opportunities. Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products. Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies. Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions. Gather, research and prepare communications material. Conduct analytical marketing studies. Develop portfolio of marketing materials. Develop marketing strategies. Maintain and manage digital database. Write and edit press releases, newsletter and communications materials. Supervise office and volunteer staff. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Support for youths: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment. Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth. Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
