Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Asset languages: Sinhala; Sinhalese. Tamil. Work setting: Restaurant. Tasks: Co-ordinate special events. Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods. Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment. Clean kitchen and work areas. Advise on menu selections.
