Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Prepare production and other reports. Recommend measures to improve productivity . Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Supervise workers and projects. Co-ordinate and schedule activities. Train or arrange for training. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Provide economic feasibility studies and preliminary estimates for proposed projects. Plan and estimate labour and materials. Direct quality control inspections. Monitor and inspect quality of material produced. Recommend corrective or enforcement action.
