Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Tasks: Direct and control daily operations . Manage staff and assign duties. Determine merchandise and services to be sold. Determine staffing requirements. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
