Education: Bachelor's degree. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Construction. Tasks: Coordinate subcontractors activities . Plan and organize daily operations. Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress. Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements. Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control. Plan and manage budgets. Develop risk management plans. Oversee the analysis of data and information. Write plans describing project specifications and construction schedules. Prepare and maintain progress and other reports. Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met. Follow-up on issues with work orders. Supervisory Experience. Co-ordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers. Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts. Review budgets and financial reports for specific projects. Recommend measures to improve productivity . Plan safety programs. Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization. Plan and organize construction projects.
