About this role

Job summary As a Relief Care Assistant, you will provide flexible, person-centred care and support to older people living in our care homes, helping them to maintain their dignity, independence and quality of life. Working across shifts to meet service needs, you will assist residents with personal care, mobility, nutrition, hydration, daily living activities and social engagement while building positive, respectful relationships with residents, families and colleagues. You will observe and report changes in residents' wellbeing, contribute to individual care plans and work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high standards of care. Your compassion, reliability and willingness to adapt will help ensure residents receive consistent, high-quality support in a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment.

Our multi-award-winning organisation is looking to recruit a Care Assistant to join our Care team.

As a Care Assistant, youll support residents with daily living, from personal care to mealtimes and activities, always taking a person-centred approach. Youll get to know each resident as an individualwhat matters to them, what makes them smileand tailor your support to help them live well.

No two days are the same, but every day is meaningful.
