Job summary
We are seeking a CHC Clinical Quality Manager to lead and support our growing team of CHC Assessors. The role will focus on delivering high-quality Continuing Healthcare (CHC) Clinical services on behalf of our NHS partners.
In-depth knowledge of the National Framework for NHS Continuing Healthcare and Funded Nursing Care is essential. You will play a central role in leading day-to-day operations, motivating the team, engaging NHS stakeholders, ensure quality of services provided and helping to scale UB Healthcare's services.
Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities
Scrutinise and review comprehensive assessments/reviews to ensure compliance with the National Framework. Provide feedback and clinical support to Assessors. Provide support to the administration team. Act as a clinical resource to the team. Undertake holistic assessments and reviews when required (face-to-face and remote). Liaise with social workers and other stakeholders. Maintain accurate case records. Provide clinical reports to Clinical Service Delivery Lead/ Head of Clinical Ops. Promote excellent customer care throughout the CHC process. Promote excellence, compliance, and efficiency across the team Who We're Looking For
Experienced CHC Clinician Strong understanding of CHC processes and frameworks Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills Skilled in Microsoft Office and digital systems used in healthcare settings Positive, self-motivated, and performance-oriented Willing to travel with pre-arrangement to meet business requirements Committed to UB Healthcare's mission and values
An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role.
