Job summary As the saying goes, no two days will be the same, but overall, you'll be doing. Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, and management of patients that would have traditionally been referred into secondary care rheumatology services with non-inflammatory/ persistent joint problems Develop and implement individualised treatment plans, including pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions, to optimally manage patients' conditions. Provide speciality advice to requests from stakeholders across the pathway Lead and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment approaches. Holding professional relationships with external clinical stakeholders (such as secondary care consultants and GPs) in order to facilitate successful partnership working and the delivery and development of high-quality rheumatology care for patients across the system.
Main duties of the job Open to Physiotherapists, Sports Therapists, Osteopaths and Chiropractors the North West London service are looking for a Senior MSK Clinician who value to deliver high quality clinical care for people with musculoskeletal conditions. We're looking for a well-organised individual, to deliver quality clinical care for patients with musculoskeletal conditions. You'll undertake comprehensive assessment and diagnosis of patients with a wide variety of MSK needs, you must formulate, deliver, review and progress individual treatment programmes and ensure effective treatment, specialist advice and timely discharge are achieved. We are dedicated in delivering the highest level of patient care, in the most efficient and cost-effective way, with re-investment to ensure services are sustainable. We are committed to a multi-professional workforce based on competency and welcome applications from Physiotherapists, Sports Therapists, Osteopaths and Chiropractors. If you're able to manage a varied caseload of MSK patients, committed to CPD and have the desire to develop yourself and the service, with a keen eye on improving patient care, then we'd be keen to hear from you. This is competency-based and will seek to provide opportunity for you to demonstrate working at a suitable level across the pillars of practice.

We at Cora Health are delighted to be growing our team of talented clinicians and are currently looking for experienced Senior Musculoskeletal (MSK) Clinicians (Physiotherapists, Osteopaths or Rehab Therapists) who are passionate about providing high-quality patient-centred care to join us as part of a large multidisciplinary team in our Hammersmith and Fulham clinics.

Cora Health has its own dedicated patient centred contact centre, who focus on all customer queries and admin, meaning you don't need to! This gives you more time to help patients in clinic.

Current valid registration with your relevant professional body (HCPC) A keen and enthusiastic clinician with a track record of commitment to providing excellent, personalised care and communicating effectively with patients. An understanding of the impact of MSK pain in the wider community and how collaborative working across the local system enables prevention and addresses health inequalities Ability to work as an autonomous practitioner, within scope of practice and deliver a quality clinical service meeting the clinical and operational needs of the MSK service with senior support as required. To contribute to the development of, and promote a positive and dynamic image and culture to both internal and external stakeholders. At all times striving to reflect and encourage our core value behaviours To develop and foster productive relationships with local stakeholder groups, charities, GPs, and other potentially productive links.
