The main duties of the role include face-to-face and telephone consultations, home visits to our housebound patients, along with daily admin, such as medicines management, pathology and document management.

You will:
Provide same day and routine clinics (face to face and telephone) Assess, diagnose and manage a wide range of conditions, including undifferentiated presentations Prescribe in line with national and local guidelines Contribute to long term condition management and personalised care Support safe triage and help manage practice workload Work closely with GPs, nurses, clinical pharmacists and other ARRS roles

Desirable Requirements .Experience working in UK general practice. .Interest in quality improvement or service development. .Experience using SystmOne (although training can be provided).
