We are looking for a highly organized P&C Insurance Secretary with strong experience in Property & Casualty insurance processes. This role involves handling quoting, renewals, billing, compliance, and client follow-ups to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely insurance operations.
Key Responsibilities:Quoting & New Business
Manage internal quoting and gather required information from clients. Assist with preparing and processing insurance quotes. Communicate with banks when an account binds to ensure proper documentation. Renewals & Account Management
Handle policy renewals, including gathering updated client information. Prepare reports on accounts and track policy increases or changes. Maintain accurate records of all renewals and follow-ups. Billing & Compliance
Assist with billing, invoicing, and tracking payments. Manage inspection compliance, ensuring required documents and inspections are completed on time. Client Communication
Communicate with clients mainly via email for updates, documents, renewals, and follow-ups. Provide timely support and ensure all client requests are handled efficiently.Requirements
Experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance is required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written communication skills (email-focused role). Ability to manage multiple accounts, timelines, and follow-ups. Proficiency in insurance systems, CRM tools, and email platforms. Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.Benefits
