Position Summary The Pickleball Team Member assists the Pickleball Coordinator and Tennis Manager in maintaining the day-to-day operations of the Pickleball Department. They schedule court time and educate members on Pickleball programs, lessons, and equipment. They provide exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
• Greets, schedules court time and assists members in a friendly and professional manner • Explains all Pickleball programs, services, and equipment to members and assists them with determining their individual needs • Initiates, deve
