Job Description: Strategic Partnership:
• Collaborate with business leadership to understand business objectives, challenges, and talent needs. • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the BU -HR department's goals and objectives. • Provide strategic HR guidance and support to leaders on various initiatives, such as workforce planning, talent management, and organisational development.
Talent Management:
• Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new hires. • Work with managers to identify skill gaps and develop training and development programs to enhance capabilities. • Provide guidance on performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
• Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, concerns, and grievances. • Proactively address employee relations issues and provide coaching and guidance to managers on effective conflict resolution. • Implement strategies to promote employee engagement, recognition, and retention within the corporate organization.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Partner with compensation and people operations teams to develop and administer competitive compensation plans. • Ensure that compensation plans are aligned with business objectives and market benchmarks. • Educate corporate employees and managers on compensation and benefits programs and policies.
Compliance and Policy Implementation:
• Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance within the organization. • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to address any HR-related legal issues or concerns. • Implement HR policies and procedures within the department and ensure consistent application and enforcement.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Analyze HR metrics and data related to business performance, turnover, and employee engagement. • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve HR and organization effectiveness. • Prepare regular reports and presentations for leadership and HR management.
Project Planning and Strategy:
• Develop a comprehensive project plan outlining objectives, timelines, milestones, and key deliverables. • Collaborate with leaders to define project goals and success metrics aligned with department objectives.
The Successful Applicant:
A successful HRBP should have:
• 15 years of HRBP experience in a multinational company • Academics: MBA Tier 1 / Tier 2 colleges • Industry exposure: IT Distribution/ Technology only.
